Volunteer Application 2026

We are so honored to have you join our team to help create Earth Vibe.  Without all our amazing volunteers this would simply not be possible.  We are offering a work exchange for your ticket ($151).  Each person will be asked to complete a 7 hour shift.  Some shifts will be split up into different times and places.  There will be a sign in sheet taped to the front gate desk- you must sign in for all of your shifts in order to receive your reimbursement.  We ask that you purchase your ticket before applying, so we have your ticket number to reference for the refund.  Your application will not be accepted without previously purchasing a ticket.  We will do our best to have each person get their preferred shift although it is not guaranteed.  Please reach out if you have any questions.  Reimbursements will be sent out by July 30, 2026

Volunteer Agreement Acknowledgment

-By checking this box and signing below, you agree to check in at the front gate or merch booth with authorized staff at the start of your scheduled shift.

-You acknowledge that reimbursement for your ticket ($151) will be issued by July 30th. Please do not contact us regarding reimbursement prior to this date.

-You understand that if you do not complete your assigned shift, you will not receive a refund. Reimbursement applies to one ticket only, valued at $151.
